  1. I learn something new every day. I love grapes and I never knew that it contained resveratrol, an antioxidant that I had never heard of before. I knew that red grapes and black grapes were essentially better than the green grapes, because of antioxidants. But I now know that there are several other benefits to eating grapes, including that it contains melatonin. 

    Great to learn that grapeseed oil also has several benefits. I’ll be trying out your vinaigrette recipe with grapeseed oil.

  2. I didn’t know that grapes were that good for you, I used to just buy them as a snack here and there. I like the taste of grapes, but now I feel the need to eat them more often. I may need to start drinking more red wine, I prefer white wine. 

    I have not tried grape seed oil at least as a salad dressing, I have bought soaps and lotions with it in it. I didn’t even know that you could eat it. I thought it was just an oil to help your skin feel softer.

  3. The good thing about being Italian is that we have fantastic wines, so drinking wine becomes a great excuse! 

    We always say that “Wine makes good blood” and thanks to your post we now also know that our grandparents were right! With grapes, even cosmetics are excellent for taking advantage of its many properties, especially thanks to the antioxidant qualities of resveratrol.
    But I admit that I get most of it by eating chocolate!

  5. I did’n know that grapes have so many benefits. What I know is that it is a very healthy fruit, that it is rich in vitamins, especially C and K, and that it prevents the symptoms of chronic diseases. I also knew that it has been used for a long time to produce various wines.
