As a teenager I recall our family frequently gathering in the evening kitchen to make and share a cup of peppermint tea. Two drops and a bit of honey in hot water. What fun and family memories!
Now, I have learned that would have been better in the morning as a wake-me-up drink. Oh well, our very scheduled bedtime and early rising ON TIME, helped us get great rest and awaken bright and cheery each morning.
